- GIGACHADBAT’s $CHAD token launch hit 182.72% of its target, pulling in over 1.62 million $YGG. The game’s Q1 revenue jumped 68% from the prior quarter.
- Yield Guild’s treasury stood at $20.6 million as of March 31, with $6.2 million in stablecoins, T-bills and large-cap tokens. Total $YGG buybacks reached 24.1 million tokens, or 3.84% of circulating supply.
YGG Play crossed $9 million in lifetime revenue since the platform launched in May 2025, Yield Guild Games said in its Q1 2026 community update published April 27. Quarterly revenue topped $876,000 across its core titles.
The guild also reported a $20.6 million treasury as of March 31 and said it has sufficient runway to maintain operations into 2027 at current rates, without factoring in new YGG Play revenue.
Game-by-game performance
LOL Land generated $563,599 in Q1 and $8.59 million in lifetime revenue, with $2,070 lifetime average revenue per paying user and 55,871 monthly active users. New board expansions launched during the quarter included Sugar Valley, Honey vs. Bearish, World of Waifu and Roach Race. A Point Strike competition also went live.
GIGACHADBAT earned over $290,800 in Q1, a 68% increase from Q4 2025, bringing its total since its September 2025 Abstract launch to $487,999. Average session length sat at 27.26 minutes. The game rolled out a CHAD Pass feature granting holders 100 pballs and bats daily for 30 days.
Waifu Sweeper, a minesweeper-inspired title from developer Raitomira, officially launched January 30 and posted a 20.1% seven-day retention rate on the Abstract Portal. New features in Q1 included Rush and Slayer game modes, weekly leaderboards with variable multipliers and cheaper NFT gachas.
YGG also climbed 12 spots to No. 3 on BlockchainGamer.biz’s annual Top 50 Blockchain Game Companies ranking, up from No. 15 in 2025. The guild hadn’t appeared on the list at all in 2024. Nexpace and WeMade took the top two spots, with CCP Games, Animoca Brands, Mythical Games, Sky Mavis, KGeN, Dacoco and Hytopia rounding out the top 10.
$CHAD token launch
GIGACHADBAT’s $CHAD token went live February 13 with staking. The launch hit 182.72% of its target, drawing 1,624,149.04 $YGG contributed against a threshold of 888,890 tokens. The maximum allocation was raised from 1% to 2%. $CHAD listed on OpenSea on February 25, with the announcement pulling over 25,300 views on X.
Launchpad updates
The YGG Play Launchpad, live since October 2025, added a Boost feature in Q1 that lets players spend points for temporary advantages. Token Launch Boosts increase allocation during game token launches, while Questing Boosts accelerate points earned from eligible quests. Both come in 5%, 10% and 20% tiers.
A new Redeem function lets players convert points from GIGACHADBAT and Waifu Sweeper directly into $YGG. The Launchpad also added a Player Profile Page showing wallet info, staking tiers and a 30-day activity log.
Community and events
YGG Pilipinas took over all Community Questing operations in Q1, covering quests, guild campaigns and online events. Partner campaigns with Wild Forest, Don’t Die, Gunnies, Starvara, Loaded Lions, Playsout, Joy and Tollan Universe onboarded over 15,000 unique questers.
Co-founder Gabby Dizon spoke on the main stage at Consensus Hong Kong. YGG Play hosted the YGG Grand Slam side event alongside a Waifu Sweeper x Dream Temple limited-edition T-shirt that debuted at Hypebeast’s 20th Anniversary exhibition.
At GDC in San Francisco, WolvesCo and OpenSea ran a GIGACHADBAT and Waifu Sweeper tournament. YGG Play also partnered with Verse8 to launch a $5,000 Casual Degen hackathon track at BuidlHack 2026 during Korea BUIDL Week, with 30 teams signed up by end of March.
Treasury
Yield Guild’s treasury stood at $20.6 million as of March 31. Stablecoins, T-bills and large-cap tokens (ETH, BTC, SOL) accounted for $6.2 million. Vested gaming, guild and infrastructure tokens totaled $347,590. Unvested partner tokens and SAFTs came to $11.85 million, with KGeN representing the largest position at $6.73 million.
Total $YGG buybacks reached 24.1 million tokens, or 3.84% of circulating supply. On January 15, 25 million $YGG were bridged to the YGG Treasury on Abstract.
At current rates and without factoring in new YGG Play revenue, the guild said it has sufficient runway to maintain operations into 2027.
