Blockhash founder Michael Hirsch to build Mancer, a Robinhood Chain aggregator, with Clutch Markets

In Brief:

• Michael Hirsch, founder of onchain studio Blockhash, said he’s building Mancer, a trading and liquidity hub for Robinhood Chain, in partnership with Clutch Markets.
• Mancer launches with a token and a 5,000-piece NFT collection running on Clutch’s Anvil AMM. Of that supply, 3,750 mint through a burn mechanic and 1,250 back the $MANCER liquidity pool.
• Robinhood Chain went live July 1 and already routes swaps through the 0x and LI.FI aggregators, leaving the native-aggregator slot open to third parties.

Hirsch said he’ll build Mancer, “the Jupiter of Robinhood Chain,” in partnership with Clutch Markets, announcing the project on X under his handle The Slopfather.

“Mancer launches with a token + NFT, powered by Anvil,” Hirsch said. Seventy-five percent of the NFT supply will be minted, he said, with 25% reserved to back the token liquidity pool.

The Chain Mancers site puts hard numbers on that split. The collection is 5,000 pieces. Of those, 3,750 invitations go to people who burn assets, and the remaining 1,250 back the $MANCER pool on Anvil. Holding a Mancer earns a share of the trading that flows through it, according to the site, which describes the project as “what Jupiter is to Solana.”

Burn to claim

There’s no open mint. The only route to an allowlist claim is destroying something: HOODL, SLOP or a Slonk, burned at what the project calls the forge, which returns a sealed claim. The site’s tagline is “burn something, earn an invitation.”

For anyone who needs the burn assets, the site points to hoodl.club for HOODL and slonks.xyz/swap for Slonks.

SLOP and Slonks are Blockhash products. The studio’s catalog also includes Howdy, which token-gates chat rooms behind ERC-20 and ERC-721 holdings, and Regular Punks, 10,000 onchain dogs assembled from real CryptoPunks head data with an ETH-denominated fight game in development.

What Anvil does

Anvil is Clutch’s permissionless NFT liquidity protocol, built on Uniswap v4. It pairs an ERC-721 collection with a divisible ERC-20 at a fixed redemption ratio, so a collection deploys once and gets a market with swap, borrow, stake and onchain governance attached. ERC-20 swaps carry a 0% protocol fee.

StonkBrokers is the reference implementation. That collection is 4,444 pieces, and the exchange unit is 666,666 STONKBROKER per NFT. Project documentation lists ETH transaction fees of 10% for a standard swap out of the vault and 15% to snipe a specific token ID. Clutch has promoted Pixel Pups holders earning 18.5% APY through Anvil, with more than 70% of that collection either staked or sitting in the AMM.

Clutch Markets calls itself “The laboratory for decentralized onchain markets.” Beyond Anvil it ships a liquidity locker called Safety Deposit Box, which charges 0.5% against a typical 1% and supports both Uniswap v3 and v4 LP positions.

Hirsch’s announcement post cuts off mid-sentence at “Launching on the,” and no mint date has been published.

The chain underneath

Robinhood Chain is an Arbitrum-based Ethereum layer 2 with chain ID 4663 that uses ETH for gas. It launched publicly July 1 and cleared $3.1 billion in DEX volume in week one, which put it in the top five chains by DEX activity, according to Bernstein. More than 65,000 users held roughly $13 million in tokenized stocks and $300 million in stablecoins at that point.

DefiLlama currently shows $380.79 million in TVL, a $538.67 million stablecoin market cap and $3.249 billion in seven-day DEX volume. Clutch’s own posts cite different figures, calling Robinhood Chain the fastest EVM chain to 100 million transactions from 4.9 million addresses, with $828 million in total asset market cap and $643 million in TVL.

Early volume skewed to memecoins. Real-world assets have since climbed about fivefold to roughly $70 million in active market value, with tokenized GameStop at $26.6 million in daily volume, Nvidia at $14 million and SpaceX at $6.4 million.

NFTs followed. Seven Robinhood Chain projects have passed 1,500 ETH in trading volume, and as of July 22 three of OpenSea‘s top 10 collections by total volume originated on the chain, with Pyopyopyopyo ranking second behind CryptoPunks.

Robinhood itself has not shipped a launchpad or aggregator. Its swap flow routes through the 0x API and LI.FI across Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism and Robinhood Chain, and its announced launch partners were Morpho, Lighter, 0x, Chainlink and LayerZero.

None of the Mancer stack is a Robinhood product. The Chain Mancers site makes its own warning about where users source the burn assets: buy HOODL only at hoodl.club, it said, because “other sites route through bad pools.”
