MIR4 (official site)’s maintenance on Tuesday, October 27th brings a Halloween-themed batch of events, a new Mythic Spirit called Nine-tailed Fox Weola, a temporary NPC shop and changes to how long Boosting World server buffs last as characters level up.
Events and the Lamper shop
Three events go live with the update:
- Phantom Night 14-Day Check-in
- Ghost Candy Exchange Shop
- Legendary Spirit Treasure Challenge Event
Eleven new Special Price Products under the “Spooky and Chilly Festival” name are on sale from the October 27, 2026 update until the November 11, 2026 update. They include selection boxes for Magic Stone and Magic Stone II, Legendary Divine Dragon’s Enhancement Stones, Fissured Portal Tickets, Treasure Shards and Legendary Promotion Material. Buying them also gives you Spooky Lantern items.
Those lanterns are spent at a new NPC called Lamper, who appears in the major cities of each region. The Lamper shop is open from the October 27, 2026 update until November 23 at 23:59 (UTC+8). Any Spooky Lanterns left in your inventory are deleted automatically when the shop closes, so spend them before then.
The most expensive item is the Legendary Dragon Material Selection Box at 45 lanterns, limited to one per character. TE I +8 and TE II +8 Selection Boxes cost 20 lanterns each, also one per character. Several Legendary items cost 10 lanterns: the Divine Dragon’s Mystery Selection Box (limit two), the Divine Dragon’s Enhancement Stone, the Dragon Artifact Enhancement Stone and the Magic Stone II Selection Box. Cheaper stock at 2 lanterns includes Epic Dragon Breath, Pledge Scroll of Yearning, Epic Dragonsteel Box, Spacetime Powder and Mystic Ancient Treasure Enhancement Stones with no purchase limit, plus a 100-ticket Summon Ticket Selection Box capped at 20 purchases.
Boosting World buff changes
The Boosting World server’s exclusive buffs now have a new tier for Lv. 170 to 175, and they stop applying entirely at Lv. 176 and above. The full scale after the update:

- Lv. 170 to 175: Hunting EXP +100%, Drop Chance +100%, Lucky Drop Chance +100%
- Lv. 176 and up: no Boosting World buff
Players past the buff cap still get the server’s exclusive events and product deals. The Boosting World Level Reward Event adds milestones at Lv. 167, 172 and 177, each paying out a Legendary Dragon Material Box and 1,000 Summon Ticket Selection Boxes. The Power Score Reward Event gets new tiers at 650,000 and 700,000. Both include a Legendary Dragon Material Box, a Legendary Divine Dragon’s Enhancement Stone and five Entry Ticket Selection Boxes, plus a Legendary Skill Tome Summon Box at 650,000 or a Legendary Spirit Stone Summon Box at 700,000.
Nine-tailed Fox Weola
The new Mythic grade Forest Spirit has an own effect of CRIT 120 and is obtained through Invoke at NPC Diviner Octy in Arcadia Spirit Village. Its kit leans heavily on crits:
- Fox’s Vitae: Max HP +4,000, Max MP +1900, CRIT ATK DMG +50%, Basic ATK DMG +50%.
- Fluffy Tail: Bash ATK DMG +50%, Accuracy +200, Bash DMG Taken -50%, Skill DMG Taken -30%.
- Swaying Steps: All ATK DMG +16%, Stun Success Chance +50%, Skill MP Cost -20%.
- Demonic Power Explosion: CRIT attacks grant a Fox Bead and +5 CRIT for 20 sec (1 sec cooldown). At 9 stacks the beads are consumed for +100 CRIT and +30% CRIT ATK DMG for 15 sec (50 sec cooldown).
- Bewitching Gaze: 10% chance on attack to cut nearby enemies’ CRIT EVA by 200 and CRIT ATK DMG by 20% for 10 sec (50 sec cooldown).
- [Party Leader] Nine-tailed Afterimage: when hit, party members gain +200 CRIT EVA and take 35% less Skill DMG for 15 sec (60 sec cooldown).
The party skill only affects your own character unless you’re the party leader. As leader, its effect also reaches party members within range.
Crafting, summons and fixes
Dampyo now has a recipe that turns a Pumpkin Head Exchange Ticket and 20,000 Copper into 50 Epic Blue Dragon Statues. The Scripture Hall Skill Tome summon event is ending, and any Divine Dragon’s Promise Points earned from it expire with the event and do not carry over.
The bug fixes cover a missing description of the Concussion effect on the Spirit Summoner’s Spirit Step skill, odd-looking neck graphics on some classes wearing the Mesmerizing Nine-tailed Fox Outfit, and a crash where the game sometimes closed after a “synchronization error” message. The Lucky Cat Luckster’s Legendary Herbalist Hong Box has been renamed Legendary Herbalist Hong Medicine Box, and various typos have been corrected.
