Rewards by season

The team released opening reward values in U.S. dollars for each season. Season 1 started at about $2,300 and Season 2 at about $3,700. Season 3 opened at about $9,400.

For Season 4, the team listed a 60M reward pool, 20M for staking and 20M for prizes.

Those dollar figures depend on the price of AFKHERO, which has stayed low and volatile. The token launched on Pump.fun with a supply capped at 1 billion. The project’s X profile recently showed it at $0.000174.

Paragon holders went first

Access came in two stages. Paragon Pack holders could play from 3 p.m. UTC. The game opened to everyone else at 4 p.m. UTC.

The Paragon Pack presale opened Oct. 13. The team capped supply at 150 numbered packs, priced at 0.99 SOL, with a limit of one per wallet. Packs were set for delivery when Season 4 launched.

Sales ran in three waves. Founder and Vanguard holders got Wave 1 at 10% off. Season 1 veterans and past pack owners came next, and Wave 3 was open to everyone. Buyers who paid in AFKHERO also got 10% off.

Staking vault already full

The 20M staking allocation follows a September milestone. On Sept. 10, the team said its staking vault had hit its cap of 250 million AFKHERO, or 25% of total supply.

The vault filled about three weeks into Season 3. The team hasn’t published lock terms, reward rates or an opening date for the vault.

How the seasons have grown

AFK Heroes launched in June 2026 as a free browser game. Players connect a wallet and send a voxel hero through nine zones, collecting gear and building a Power Level that sets their share of the reward pool. Earned AFKHERO can be withdrawn.

Season 2 started July 24 with a pool of 113.6 million tokens. More than 10,000 wallets connected in its first week, and about 6,000 players were active. The team added 50 million AFKHERO to the pool during the season, raised daily emissions from 5% to 20% and introduced an earning boost worth up to 80%. Guilds could earn up to 25% extra AFKHERO.

Season 2 ended with 378.9 million AFKHERO deposited and 126 million paid out.

Season 3 started Aug. 28, reset every hero to level 1 and tripled the Season 2 prize pool. The team promoted the reset as a “fresh start, fair shot, more to earn.”

New modes ahead of launch

The studio shipped several features before Season 4. On Oct. 15 it replaced turn-based PvP with live 1v1 duels featuring three classes and 15 skills. Mining also went live, with three zones of 91 hexes each.

The game is also listed on the Solana dApp Store. Seeker phone owners can claim a one-time welcome pack that includes a Mythic gear set, 50 Grand Jug potions, three-hour XP and drop boosts and a Seeker name tag.

Wave 1 of the Paragon presale closed with 71 of the 150 packs sold.
