GIGACHADBAT has closed Delabs Play Season 2 and distributed 50,000,000 $CHAD to players based on premium score, the team said in a post on X.

Players claim through play.delabs.gg. The post didn’t give a claim deadline or say how many wallets qualified.
Last season on Abstract
The team said Season 2 was “the final Delabs Play season on @AbstractChain.” It also said “More seasons are on the way. Details soon.”
That fits with an announcement from GIGACHADBAT earlier this month. The game is leaving Abstract once Season 2 wraps. The team said then that the game wasn’t shutting down and that it would name its new platform later.
Neither post said what chain the game will move to or gave a date for the move. They also didn’t say what happens to $CHAD, which launched on Abstract, after the move.
Premium Mode and $CHAD utility
Premium score comes from GIGACHADBAT’s Premium Mode. In that mode, players spend pBalls and apply score multipliers. Successful hits trigger Boost Card draws, which may protect scores or increase rewards.
In September, the game started accepting $CHAD for Premium Balls and gave $CHAD stakers bigger score boosters in Premium Mode. Staking has no lock-in or cooldown, so players can stake and unstake whenever they want.
$CHAD was deployed Feb. 13, 2026, after a Feb. 4-6 presale on the YGG Play Launchpad. Supply is capped at 5,000,000,000 tokens, and the token launched at a fully diluted valuation of $500,000. YGG Play and Delabs have said $CHAD will stay DEX-only and that they have no plans for centralized exchange listings. The team has also told buyers to keep transactions small, calling $CHAD a low-cap token that’s sensitive to the market.
Life after YGG Play
Delabs Play has handled GIGACHADBAT’s reward routing since Yield Guild Games closed YGG Play. YGG announced the shutdown July 6 and set Aug. 1 as the deadline for ending operations. The closure eliminated 35 jobs.
YGG Play generated $9.6 million in lifetime revenue, including $541,000 in the second quarter of 2026 across three titles.
“A heavy decision, but it is a market decision, not a product decision,” said Gabby Dizon, YGG co-founder.
After the handover, GIGACHADBAT reset premium point balances. Points earned before the Aug. 1 snapshot are being airdropped as $YGG YGG $0.02591 ▲ +1.2%, and new points can be redeemed on Delabs Play.
Background
Delabs Games is the web3 division of South Korea’s 4:33 Creative Lab. James Joonmo Kwon and JC Kim co-lead the studio, and its investors include Hashed, Spartan Group, TON Ventures and Yield Guild Games.
Delabs Play runs seasonal reward campaigns across the studio’s games, including GIGACHADBAT, Boxing Star X and Ragnarok Libre. The first season, called the Grand Season, had $1,000 in $CHAD up for grabs.
GIGACHADBAT started in July 2024 as a tap-to-earn Telegram Mini App on TON. It moved to Abstract on Sept. 18, 2025, with YGG Play as publisher, and players could redeem points for YGG tokens and Abstract XP.
The team’s farewell to Abstract was brief. “After Delabs Play Season 2 ends, the journey on Abstract comes to an end, but @GIGACHADBAT is not over.”
