Landowner income estimator

Commission, mines a day and average payout: what a land pays its owner.

No loginSaved in this browser

A landowner earns a share of every mine done on their land. Type your commission and how many mines a day you expect, pick the planet, and see the commission income per day. Every figure here is yours to change: nobody can know how many miners will choose a land.

How it works

In the game's mine log, the landowner share of a mine equals the total the mine paid times the commission, and the planet may set a minimum, so the share is the larger of your commission and the planet minimum. We checked this against the records of recent mines. Income per day is the average TLM per mine times that share times the mines per day you type.

The average per mine is mostly small, because many miners use basic tools. Use the planets page to see the pools and the sample, and the land database for land types and prices.

Estimate only. Sources: WAX action history (sample of mines), Alcor exchange (TLM price).

FAQ

How does a landowner earn?

Each time someone mines on your land, you receive your commission share of what that mine paid out. The share is the larger of your land commission and the planet minimum.

Where does the average TLM per mine come from?

From the sample of recent mines on the planets page. You can type your own number if you know your land better.

How many mines will my land get?

We cannot know. It depends on how many miners choose your land, which depends on your commission and on the land stats. Type a number you have seen, or try a few.
