How it works
For each tool alone in the bag we apply the same rules as the mining calculator: the wait between mines from the land and tool delay, the TLM of one mine from the tool's ease, the land's ease and the planet pool of the tool's rarity, minus the landowner commission. TLM a day assumes a mine every time the wait ends, around the clock. The cost is the cheapest current listing in WAX, turned into TLM at the exchange rate (TLM per WAX) from the Alcor exchange, and payback days is that cost divided by TLM a day.
Why it can mislead: pools shrink as people mine, the price of TLM moves, listing prices are asks and not sales, and a tool bought today may not be on sale tomorrow. Sources: AtomicAssets explorer, WAX game contract, Alcor exchange.
FAQ
What does the table rank?
Tools that have a listing, by estimated TLM per day divided by the listing price in WAX. A tool alone in the bag is assumed. Bags of three tools give more TLM at a longer delay, use the mining calculator for those.
Is a high number a good buy?
Not by itself. The table does not know how long the price will hold, how deep the pool stays, or what you can sell TLM for. Check the cheapest listing and the pool before you buy anything.
Where do the prices come from?
The cheapest current listing of each tool on the AtomicAssets explorer, priced in WAX. The TLM price comes from Alcor.
