RavenQuest unveils New Wilds update
RavenQuest has rolled out New Wilds, version 1.3.2, expanding its game world with 13 new hunting areas. The update was made available on September 1, 2026, introducing around 4,200 new creatures concentrated in regions between levels 90 and 98.
New creature locations
Ostera claims the majority of new additions, featuring five locations with Direhorn Drakes and Stonelings situated beneath Tremoring Hills. Saltdusks populate Butchers Point, while Molebears debut at Stonebound Burrow. Areas with Stone and Leaf Naturalists cover levels 83 to 85 and 93 to 95.
Glaceforde sees three new locations: Yetis in Frostclaw Cliff, Iceforged Dwarves in Snowdeep Mines, and lower-level Dwarves at Deadbane Halls. Elder Coast adds Draconic Elves at Crowfell and Dwarves at Thormarok Mountain, the latter of which has recently been unsealed.
Additional notable spots include Yornish at Yorn’omaala in Frost Steppes and Saltdusks at Saltdusk Keep in Rohna Woods. The update also introduces three new auras: Spellweave, Dreadmist, and Emberborn.
Disconnect Protection feature
The update addresses a crucial issue for players: connection drops during high-stakes gameplay. The Disconnect Protection feature allows characters to remain immune to damage and untargetable for up to 45 seconds after a disconnection. Upon reconnecting, players receive an eight-second grace period.
Characters carrying tradepacks benefit from extended protection of five minutes in Safe or Peace Zones. However, the feature is disabled during PvP combat and other high-risk scenarios, preventing abuse by limiting its activation after multiple disconnections within set timeframes.
Onboarding and quality of life changes
New account creation is now simplified with Google Sign-In, reducing the registration process to one step. Player Inspection allows users to view equipped items and statistics of others, aligning with standard MMO practices.
World map features have been enhanced, including dedicated navigation buttons for multi-level areas. Two key balance adjustments increase PvP damage reduction from 50 percent to 60 percent and double the effectiveness of Ring Warforging Scrolls.
RavenQuest overview
RavenQuest, a free-to-play MMORPG, runs on Immutable zkEVM and is accessible via browser. Formerly known as Ravendawn Eternal, it maintains classic MMO mechanics while encouraging open-world engagement through tradepacks and PvP.
