The invite window was narrow by design. Only Sunflower Land accounts at Bumpkin Level 20 or higher could pull an access code, roughly 54,202 players. Another 295,063 sat below the line and were locked out. The 15,725 figure works out to about 29% of the eligible pool.
How the gate came down
Level 50 players got their codes first, unlocking at 8 p.m. ET, with Level 20 and above following the next day. The path ran through the Plaza to the Yakkamon sign next to Stella, then “Get Access Code,” then redemption at yakkamon.com.
Referral codes changed that on Aug. 4 at 8 p.m. ET. A code from any trainer already registered now works, and it carries no Sunflower Land account requirement, no Bumpkin level and no wallet. Season 0 pre-registration itself is free and takes an email address.
Referral points are provisional. Thought Farm said only genuine referrals count, meaning a real separate person with a verified account who actually engages with pre-registration, and the list gets reviewed before rewards are finalized.
What the leaderboard actually decides
Early access opens in Q4 2026 and rolls out in waves. Season 0 leaderboard rank determines the wave, and only the top 100,000 trainers qualify. Everyone below that number waits for full launch.
Signing up early doesn’t reserve a slot. Registration order decides exactly one thing, which egg tier a trainer starts with, and tiers close as they fill. The site’s “0 / 10,000 Platinum Eggs” counter tracks that tier and nothing else. Per the docs, a Basic egg holder who earns points daily finishes above a Platinum holder who signs up and never comes back.
The Monster Egg every trainer receives is an in-game item, not an NFT. The NFTs come from points. The top 5,000 on the points leaderboard get a Monster NFT in the Trainer Point airdrop and the top 1,000 get a Legendary Monster NFT, described in the docs as the rarest tier the team will ever mint.
Points, deposits and the Oct. 1 mint
Trainers can buy into the leaderboard with $FLOWER. Deposits start at a minimum of five $FLOWER on Base or Ronin, and each token earns a point plus a size bonus: 500 returns 550 points, 5,000 returns 6,000 and 50,000 returns 70,000. The deposit isn’t spent. Trainers keep the $FLOWER, spend it in-game on gear and crafting, or withdraw it tax-free once they have access.
A separate reward list refreshes every seven days, and each new list replaces the previous one.
On Oct. 1, pre-registered players can claim an early monster through a free mint of 10,000 Monster NFTs on Ronin, one per trainer, costing only a network fee. That one is open to every pre-registered trainer regardless of rank. It runs on a whitelist, so wallets need to be verified in advance or the contract blocks the transaction no matter how fast the caller is. The mint is blind and all 10,000 stay sealed until early access.
Background
Yakkamon, known as Project II during development, comes from Thought Farm, the studio behind Sunflower Land. It pairs creature collecting and arena battling with idle farming, where captured monsters gather resources while the player is offline.
It runs on Ronin and uses $FLOWER. There’s no new token. Thought Farm cites Sunflower Land’s 1 million players, more than 100 open source contributors and over five years of building in the open.
