The season’s headline addition is Eckrel’s Blade, a new Universal upgrade card. Two new card backs ship alongside it. One of the two is a PL, Parallel said, without spelling out the term in the announcement post.

Why a Universal card matters here
Universal cards belong to no Parallel and can be used in every deck. That puts Eckrel’s Blade in a different bracket from a faction card, which only builds around Augencore, Earthen, Kathari, Marcolian or The Shroud.
Upgrades attach to Units. The game’s Salvage keyword moves a Wasted Unit’s equipped Upgrades onto other Units, which is one of the ways Upgrade cards survive a board wipe.
Deck rules cap the ceiling. A deck runs exactly 40 cards with up to three copies of any card, and Legendary cards are limited to one copy.
How the pass is built
Parallel’s Battle Pass FAQ describes a two-track structure. The Free Track and the Premium Track each run from Level 1 to Level 30, with Bonus Levels past 30 for players who keep grinding.
The Premium Track costs 2,400 Glints. It carries a playable card at Level 1, an exclusive card back, Glints, Apparition Packs and a First Edition copy of the season’s new card.
Free Track rewards are different. They include Apparition Packs, Ethereal Shards, Fragments that work as XP boosts, the new playable card, an exclusive Paragon skin, Glints and an exclusive card frame.
The Prime upgrade path
Battle Pass cosmetics can be upgraded to their Prime Variant by paying in PRIME and trading in the Apparition version, according to the FAQ. Prime Variants are tradable and marketable.
But the window is narrow. Only current Battle Pass cosmetics are eligible, and the ability to upgrade ends with each Battle Pass.
Rollover timing
Parallel changed its Battle Pass calendar earlier in the game’s run. Starting with Season 11, passes begin and end on the first Thursday of the month rather than the first day of the month, the FAQ said, and rollover moved from 00:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC.
Parallel hasn’t published Eckrel’s Blade’s cost or effect text in the announcement post on X.
One rule governs how fast the new card spreads through the meta. Each Battle Pass introduces a card obtainable only from that pass for its first month. It can’t be pulled from an Apparition Pack or crafted with Scraps until the Battle Pass ends.
