  • Arena accounts for 3.2 million NCG of the pool. Clearing Stage 500 pays 2,250 NCG, and Monthly Spend Missions pay up to 9,200 NCG.
  • The missions run until Nov. 30, and an Oct. 20 update adds Hard World 2 and an Anniversary Dungeon.

Stage 500 and spend missions

Players who clear Stage 500 receive 2,250 NCG. Monthly Spend Missions pay up to 9,200 NCG in bonuses tied to in-game spending.

Players who cleared Stage 500 before the event started also qualify, the team said. Both missions run until Nov. 30.

Stage 500 is currently the last stage of the main campaign. An earlier update added stages 471 to 500, according to the game’s release notes. Those stages drop the materials used to craft Transcendence (Grade 8) equipment, and they support existing features such as Sweep.

Arena carries most of the pool

Heimdall Arena Season 25 went live Oct. 7 with 800K NCG up for grabs as part of the anniversary, the team said on X. Two days later, Odin Arena Championship #18 opened with another 800K NCG on the line.

That puts two 800K NCG arena events in play at the same time, one on each of the game’s chains. Heimdall launched with the mobile release, Nine Chronicles M, and runs alongside the original Odin chain.

The team hasn’t published a rank-by-rank reward breakdown or an end date for Heimdall Season 25.

October 20 update

The second phase of the anniversary arrives with an update on Oct. 20. It brings Hard World 2, a new Anniversary Dungeon and permanent Collections and Titles.

Hard World 2 is a much harder difficulty tier. To enter it, players need Catalyst Potions, which they earn through in-game activities.

Background

Planetarium Labs develops Nine Chronicles. The game is a free-to-play RPG built on Norse mythology, and it runs on its own network with NFT items and NCG as its in-game currency.

The anniversary event comes shortly after version 200490. That update added Grade 9 Ultimate items as the new top tier, along with a reworked Adventure Boss and the Bifrost Reforged event dungeon.

The Grade 9 release added four new Ultimate Runes, two for skills and two for stats. It also added four new Ultimate Auras and nine new Ultimate Grimoires, all available through Summon and Synthesis.

In a reply to its own anniversary post, the team linked to a guide on backing up private keys in Nine Chronicles M rather than to details of the event. The guide said that “there is no way to recover a lost private key, and no one can help you regain access to your assets once it’s gone.”
