In Brief:
- Parallel published an updated list of players holding automatic bids to the first CC Cup, nearly a month into its Community Clash tournament series.
- Two more automatic bids are up for grabs next week through the weekly qualifiers.
- The series pushes Parallel’s satellite-to-final qualification model below the Parallel League tier, where season-long points races have fed live finals.
Parallel released an updated roster of players who’ve locked automatic bids to the first CC Cup, the studio said in a post on X. Two more spots go on the line next week.
The post came nearly a month into the Community Clash, the weekly series Parallel introduced in July as the qualifying path to the Cup.
CC CUP FINALISTS
Now that we're almost a month into the brand new Community Clash, here's the updated list of players that have earned automatic bids to the first-ever CC Cup.
Two more spots up for grabs next week!

Bids are the only currency in the format. Win a Community Clash and you’re in the finale. Finish anywhere else and you’re back the following week.
Czar_1_KlaS won Community Clash 4 and the auto bid attached to it, taking the match on the final game of a close final. Community Clash 5 followed the next week.
Four rounds, one deck, open lists
The weekly events run through Echelon’s Versus platform at versus.echelon.io.
Community Clash 3 used a Planetfall restriction: one deck required for entry, Planetfall cards only, four rounds of Swiss, best-of-1 matches and open decklists. That week’s start time moved up to noon EST on Thursday. The winner took a CC Cup bid.
Side events feed the same bracket
Community Clash isn’t the only route in. Goldy’s Gauntlet 7 awarded its winner a CC Cup spot plus a free Avatar, usable in the Parallel Colony (official site) private playtest currently running for Avatar holders. GG7 was scheduled for 6 p.m. EST on a Tuesday, with registration at versus.echelon.io/tournament/GG7.
Goldy’s Gauntlet 6 paid out a Parallel Avatar and a CC Cup bid for first place and an Aftermath Pack for the runner-up. An earlier week of the Gauntlet ran at 8 p.m. EST with an Earthen Avatar as the prize.
The Avatar tie-in matters because Colony access runs through it. Each Avatar controls a 6551 wallet and functions as the player’s interface to the mining colony sim, which Parallel Studios has slated for Q1 2026. Holders who registered for the private playtest received emails with links to the current build.
Where it sits in organized play
Parallel introduced the Community Clash on July 8, describing it as a grassroots series built to give everyday players systematic access to competitive events and lower the barrier to entry without dropping the competitive bar. Players advance through a structured ladder, with strong finishes at community-run tournaments converting into bids for the finale.
The structure isn’t new for the studio, only the tier it’s applied to. Parallel’s organized play has leaned on satellite events that accumulate points toward larger tournaments, and the Parallel League has run season-long points races culminating in live finals.
Season 2 of the League carried $1 million in prize money. Parallel Studios committed $2 million to a third season in 2026.
Parallel hasn’t published a prize breakdown or a date for the CC Cup itself.
Background
Parallel is a free-to-play digital TCG in which players build 40-card decks from five factions plus a universal card pool. A mobile release for iOS and Android is planned for Q1 2026.
The studio’s biggest event to date was the Prime World Championship, held at HyperX Arena in Las Vegas from Feb. 28 to March 2, 2025. Sixteen players competed for $250,000, having qualified through a six-month league that counted in-game tournaments, ladder matches and majors.
Jaromír Vyskočil, who competes as JarlaHS, won it on March 2 and took $100,000.
