On a first sale the docs say the seller keeps the full price, so the two 2.5% lines are zero. Marketplace sales are priced in SAND, so a falling SAND price shrinks the dollar value of what you earn.

gross = price x number of sales
first sale: you get 100% | resale seller: 95% | minter share: 2.5% | Sandbox: 2.5%
after costs = what you get - other costs; per hour = after costs / hoursThe percentages are the ones on the Sandbox Marketplace docs page (read 30 Oct 2026). Gas, taxes and any other fee are not included, and the dollar view uses the SAND price you type or load.

FAQ
How are Marketplace asset sales split?
On a resale the seller receives 95%, the minter 2.5% and The Sandbox 2.5%. When the seller minted the asset, the docs say the seller receives the full price.
What currency are Marketplace prices in?
SAND. Gas is paid in POL on Polygon unless gasless transactions are on. This calculator ignores gas.
Does the calculator predict how much I will earn?
No. It only applies the documented split to the price and number of sales you type. The docs give no average creator income.
