The cheapest asking price for Sandbox LAND on OpenSea, overall and by size (1x1, 3x3, 6x6, 12x12, 24x24) where OpenSea gives a size. The server reads the active listings, groups them by size and keeps the answer for five minutes. A size with no listed item shows no price, and listings OpenSea does not size are counted separately, never guessed.

No sized listings to show.
The floor and every ask come from OpenSea and can change in seconds. The size table covers only the cheapest listings the server reads, so a size with no row may still have dearer listings. This page cannot buy or sell anything.

How we find the size
OpenSea returns each listed item with its name and traits. We read a trait whose name contains "size" (for example "3x3" or "3"), and otherwise an "NxN" written in the item name. An item with neither is counted as unsized. Sizes follow the Sandbox docs: 1x1 is a single LAND, and the named Estates are 3x3, 6x6, 12x12 and 24x24.

FAQ
How do you get a floor by size?
The server reads the cheapest active listings from OpenSea, takes each item size from a size trait or an NxN in its name, and shows the lowest ask per size. Items with no size on OpenSea are counted but not placed in a size.
Why does a size have no price?
Either no item of that size is among the cheapest listings the server reads, or OpenSea gives no size for it. An empty row is not a price of zero.
What are the Estate sizes?
According to the Sandbox docs: Small 3x3 (9 LANDs), Medium 6x6 (36), Large 12x12 (144) and X-Large 24x24 (576). A single LAND is 1x1.
Is the floor the price I will pay?
No. It is the cheapest asking price at the moment the data was read. Prices move quickly, fees apply, and a thin market can leave little at the floor. Check OpenSea before you buy.
