LAND coordinates finder
Coordinates in, token id, preview and links out. Works both ways.

Type the coordinates of a Sandbox LAND, or its token id, and see its token id, type, estate or district name, preview image and links. The token id is worked out from the grid (token id = y x 408 + x), and the details are the Sandbox's own public metadata for that tile, kept on our server for a few hours.

How the token id is worked out
The LAND grid is 408 tiles wide and 408 tall (166,464 in all). We checked this against the Sandbox's own metadata on eight tiles, including the edges and the centre.
grid x = in-game x + 204 grid y = in-game y + 204
token id = grid y * 408 + grid xExample: the centre tile is in-game 0, 0, grid 204, 204 and token id 83436. Some tiles on the grid return no metadata from the Sandbox (for example token ids 0, 1 and 408), so the tool says so instead of guessing. Preview images and the estate name come from the Sandbox's public LAND metadata and are cached for a few hours.
Unofficial. The LAND data is the Sandbox's own public metadata (api.sandbox.game); the OpenSea link opens the token page, we read nothing from OpenSea here.

FAQ
How do I find a Sandbox LAND by its coordinates?
Choose the coordinate system, type X and Y and press Find LAND. You get the token id, type, estate name, preview image and links. The Sandbox marketplace itself cannot search LAND by coordinates.
How is the LAND token id worked out?
Token id = grid y x 408 + grid x, where grid x and y run from 0 to 407. In-game coordinates are the grid values minus 204, so the centre tile 0, 0 is grid 204, 204 and token id 83436. We checked this on ten tiles including edges and the centre.
Why does a tile say there is no metadata?
The Sandbox returns no metadata for some tiles on the grid, for example token ids 0, 1 and 408. The tool reports that instead of guessing, because it cannot tell us whether the tile exists as a LAND.
What is the difference between in-game and grid coordinates?
In-game coordinates are the ones you see in a LAND name, from -204 to 203, with 0, 0 at the centre. Grid coordinates run from 0 to 407 and are what the token id uses. The tool converts between them.
