Axie Pin Drop Live for A Week
The Axie Pin Drop event is now underway, inviting players to participate in a match-3 game hosted in collaboration with Good Vibes Club. Running from August 3 to August 10, participants aim to accumulate points by matching pins in exchange for exclusive rewards.
Players can compete on four leaderboards each tracking different metrics: total points, the fastest completion of a full Axie set, the number of Grail pins collected, and a ranking specifically for GVC NFT holders.
Exclusive Rewards Available
Axie Pin Drop features nine different Axie pins distributed across three rarity tiers, plus one ultra-rare Kotaro Grail. Achieving high scores enables players to earn limited-edition pins, with rarer ones contributing more points towards leaderboard rankings. In total, 5,889 unique Axie accessories are available to win, including items like the Ranger Helmet and Bubble Goggles.
Playing the Game
To participate, players visit pindropgame.com and choose between two gameplay modes: Classic and Frenzy. Both modes reward players equally with capsules that contain pins. Players who earn high scores can expect to gain more capsule rewards. For example, achieving a score of over 15,000 nets one capsule, while scores of 35,000 and 75,000 yield two and three capsules, respectively.
Challenges and Community Engagement
Additionally, the event includes a content challenge designed to encourage players to showcase their Axie Pin Drop experiences creatively. Categories for submissions range from gameplay guides to funny moments, with various prizes for winners. The deadline to submit entries is August 10.
“All Axie rewards will be airdropped to qualifying winners one week after the event ends,” said the Axie team.
Current players and GVC holders are expected to engage actively as the competition heats up over the next week.
