In Brief:
- Ronin put RRF Village, the Ronke Rice Farmer Village game, in its Indie Game Spotlight series on X.
- The pixel farming game runs in the browser on Ronin and combines farming, fishing, daily treasure digs and raids on neighboring farms.
- It’s in a test phase, and the team is letting players in through batches announced on Discord.
Ronin has picked RRF Village for its Indie Game Spotlight, pointing players to a browser farming game that’s still letting people in a batch at a time.
“Grow crops, fish, hunt for treasure, raid your neighbors, and socialize with other players,” the Ronin account said in its post, which links to rrfvillage.xyz.

The game’s website calls it “A cozy farming world on Ronin” and “A pixel farming game you play in your browser, on Ronin.” Access is limited for now. “We’re opening the gate in batches while we test,” the site said.
How to get in
Joining takes three steps. Players connect a Ronin wallet to request a seat, then join the project’s Discord, where batch openings are announced. Once a player is approved, the game runs in the browser.
Signing “Mr. Ronke’s guest book” at the gate doesn’t cost anything. Creators get their own route: “Creators get their own seat: apply on the village gate’s CREATORS tab,” the site said.
Six activities
The site lists six things to do. On the home farm, players can “Plant ten crops, raise cows, pigs, chickens and bees, and craft in the windmill.”
The social side happens in Ronke Village. Players “Fly the balloon to the village. Walk, chat and emote with other farmers, live,” according to the site.
The pond has six fish species to collect, which the site describes as “Six funny fish to collect, from Sir Flopsalot to Moby Chonk.”
Buried Harvest is the daily dig. Players “Dig a fresh plot every day for treasure and rare finds, and race for weekly gold prizes.” The site doesn’t give prize amounts.
Clash of Neighbors adds player-versus-player raids: “Build an army, raid your neighbors’ farms and climb the trophy ranks.” An arcade and market round out the list, where players can “Play the arcade cabinets, trade with farmers at the market and fill daily orders.”
The current site has no token or NFT details and gives neither a team roster nor a full launch date.
Rooted in RONKE
RRF is short for Ronke Rice Farmer, and the game comes out of the community behind the $RONKE memecoin on Ronin. The project’s first game was set up as a race for the most $RICE during a 69.69-day farming period. Players spent $RONKE and $RICE to build farms, hire farmers and push up their $RICE output.
Promotional posts for that version described NFT boosts and a “jeet jail for paperhands” that locked out players who sold early. Ronkeverse.com said RRF operations included systematic token burns as part of the yield farming mechanics.
On July 21, 2025, the @RRFVillage account announced that $RICE was live on Katana, paired with $RONKE, and said the game would go live 12 hours later. The team said on July 24, 2025 that the game was accessible but that the Rice Pool wasn’t active yet, and that the game wouldn’t emit $RICE tokens until bugs and other issues were fixed.
The team published a Genesis Land NFT litepaper that September, covering the utility, holder benefits and long-term plans for Genesis Land in Ronke Rice Farmer Village.
Ronkeverse.com now lists Ronke Rice Farmer 2.0 as coming soon. Its description reads: “The farm is being replanted. New fields, new yields, same monke.”
