The Sandbox gets a free fan toolkit: LAND finder, map and SAND tools

Free, unofficial Sandbox tools: find any LAND by coordinates, browse the 408 by 408 map, check SAND, size up an Estate and run LAND ROI. No login, no wallet.

Short version: we built a free set of unofficial tools for The Sandbox players and LAND owners at cryptogames.gg/the-sandbox. There is no login. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

What is in the toolkit

The first group is for finding and sizing LAND.

  • LAND coordinates finder: type a coordinate or a token id and get the token id, type, estate name, preview image and links. The Sandbox SAND $0.04528 ▼ -4.2% marketplace cannot search LAND by coordinates, so this fills that gap.
  • LAND map: the whole 408 by 408 grid, with zoom and pan. Click a tile for its details and pin your own tiles.
  • LAND and Estate sizes: sizes from 1×1 to 24×24 in tiles, metres and blocks, with a planner.

The second group covers prices and the market.

  • SAND price and converter: price, supply and market cap, with a converter between SAND, USD, EUR, ETH and BTC.
  • LAND floor and budget: the collection floor in ETH, USD and SAND, and how many LANDs your budget buys.
  • LAND floor by size: the cheapest ask overall and by Estate size, read from OpenSea listings. Listings with no size are counted, not guessed.
  • LAND sales and listings: recent sales, cheapest listings and top collection offers, with the age of the data shown.

The third group is for working out what a LAND or an asset would earn.

  • LAND ROI calculator: enter your price, costs, income and fees to see payback time, monthly net and the sale price that breaks even.
  • Asset sale earnings: what a creator keeps from Marketplace asset sales, using the documented 95 / 2.5 / 2.5 resale split.

Two reference pages round it out. The creator start guide explains what Game Maker and VoxEdit do, in what order to learn them, and what publishing on LAND needs. The glossary defines LAND, Estate, Experience, Asset, block and SAND, each tied to the official docs.

Where the numbers come from

The facts on the hub, such as the 166,464-tile grid, the 96 x 96 x 128 block size of one LAND, the Estate sizes of 3×3, 6×6, 12×12 and 24×24, and the 3 billion SAND max supply, were read from the Sandbox docs and API on 30 October 2026. Sales, listings and floors come from OpenSea. Every market page shows the age of its data. When a source does not answer, the page shows a labelled saved copy or says the data is unavailable, and it does not fill in a price from memory.

Why we made them

Players kept running into the same small problems. You cannot look up a LAND by its coordinates on the marketplace, a floor price says nothing about a particular size, and The Sandbox does not publish what a LAND earns, so the ROI calculator suggests no income figure. You enter your own and test lower values. The tools put those checks in one place.

These are unofficial fan tools by CryptoGames.gg. They are not affiliated with The Sandbox, Animoca Brands or Pixowl, and nothing here is financial advice. For the game itself, see our The Sandbox page or start at the tools hub.
